Dunzo
About dunzo:
Dunzo is an app that allows you to have your own personal errand boy. It works on the simple idea that if you have an errand to run that doesn't really need YOU to run it, you shouldn't have to run it. They have (delivery) partners who run these errands for you.
Need to buy groceries? Pick up food from your favourite restaurant? Deposit a cheque? Buy stationery? Pick up your phone charger from a friend's house?
Just dunzo it.
P.S: Alcohol and cigarettes make up a huge chunk of the demand as well.

What it was:
Statistically, Valentine's Day is one of the days with the highest breakup rates.
So, on Valentine's Day, when everyone was talking about love, we decided to talk about breakups.
The idea was simple - One of the most awkward moments after a breakup is having to ask for your stuff back. Dunzo made it simpler by doing that for you, on the house.
The campaign ran for 4 days and was featured on Buzzfeed, LBB and a few other content platforms as well, all organically.
Below are the creatives used for its promotion.
An ad for dunzo
This was shot and scripted by me and an intern on a meager budget of Rs.1500.
App Update Text:
What was the update? The update was as good as a completely new app, one that allowed us to automate a lot of tasks that were raised on dunzo.
Where does this text go? The “What’s New” section on the play/app store displays this text.
Body: Morpheus: You have the look of someone who expects the app to update. Don’t you want to know why, Neo? Neo: I heard it was automation. Morpheus: Do you know what that means? Neo: Not really. Morpheus: Automation is everywhere, Neo. Your phone switches on with your fingerprint... an escalator starts working when you climb on... even your washing machine changes cycles by itself. The world around you is automated. And now, dunzo will be too. Unfortunately, I can't explain everything that we’re automating. You have to see it for yourself. Neo: How? Morpheus: Just press the button to update.
